Laurel Fork Labradors Stud Service Contract

This contract is for a side by side breeding, if chilled or frozen semen is desired, please contact us for requirements and test needed for shippment.

1: Bitch must be in good health ,condition,proper weight and have a current brucellosis test within the past 30 days. Must be free of internal and external parasites,be current with all vaccinations. Must have negative heartworm test done in the past year or currently on heartworm preventative.

2: Bitch must be within the AKC standards,all AKC papers and clearances for hip,elbow and eye's must be present at time of stud service.

3: Puppies resulting from this breeding are not to be sold for resale purposes(pet shops/brokers) to testing laboratories. Puppies are not to be sold to breeders with more then 3 breeds.

4: All puppies that are sold resulting from this breeding are to be sold at limited registration with a spay/neuter contract. All puppies sold for breeding must have the approval from the stud owner.

Date of breeding:__________________________________________________________ STUD SERVICE FEE: The fee for stud service is payable at time of services or terms as follows.

1: The owner of the Dam identified above on this date___/___/_____(initialed: ) that

the stud fee must be paid to the stud dog owner before AKC litter registration application will be signed or approved.

2: A boarding fee of $10.00 dollars a day will be added to the stud fee for any females that stay more then 5 days. Boarding fees must be paid at the time of pick up$__________.

Stud Fee : Is $800.00 dollars.

3 . If stud fee is paid after puppies are born, a $200 dollar deposit is required at the time of the breeding. This $200.00 deposit is nonrefundable. The remaining $600.00 Will be due2 weeks after puppies are born.

GUARANTEE:

1: Minimun of three puppies born alive.

2: If no puppies are produced from this breeding,then a return breeding will be given to the same bitch, if stud fee is paid at time of breeding.

3:Stud fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

4: Stud Owner does not guarantee the sale of your puppies.

5: Stud Owner is not responsible for any Veterinarian fees or other cost resulting from this breeding.
